What’s Included

Inspect it.

We visually inspect each fixture in order to assess if you are getting optimal performance and will make necessary adjustments as needed.

Clean it.

Each fixture is cleaned inside and out, including the lenses. Light can be tremendously dimmed due to dirt, debris and mineral deposits.

Replace it.

Each lamp is unique and specific to the outdoor environment. As bulbs age, they diminish and burn out. To keep your system looking its best the burned out bulbs are replaced.

Prune it.

Plants, shrubs, and trees will eventually grow so it might be necessary to lightly prune. This will ensure that the light is not obstructed by foliage.

Check it.

Transformers need love too. From time to time insects make nice and cozy homes inside the power source. We will check to make sure all the wires are tight and will clean the inside.

Reset it.

Every once in a while Mother Nature happens and it might reset the programming of your system controls. We will ensure the system is coming on and off when you want.
